Hello.  I am a CSE supporting a large customer who is supported by an integrator.  The integrator is asking for the updated module for Crestron to support  TC5.1.  I looked around and can not seem to locate the updated module.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Hi John,
The current modules available on this site work with TC 5.1 too. API is backwards compatible.

You'll have to show me what you are getting and what you think the module is looking for. I wrote the module and I am also responsible for the backwards compatibility of the codec API and there should not be any changes...

Hi Gents,

Not sure if this is still an open issue. I recently upgraded the C40 here at our office to TC5.1.4 and have not experienced any issues with the Crestron modules utilized here. I am currently using Crestron Module v1.3 via serial.

Would be willing to run a few tests to assist if required but testing incoming calls as described above without any issues.

Hope this helps,

Jon Drennan

Hi David,

We have a new installation of C series codec with ISDN Link and crestron touch panel. How we can dial ISDN number through crestron touch panel, what will be the command for the same.

Binesh,
once you have the ISDN link paired up with the codec you can use the same commands to call ISDN calls as SIP/H323 only difference is that you HAVE to specify Protocol:320 in dial string. E.g.: "xCommand dial number:12345 Protocol:h320"

Cheers,
David
