Hi, I'm setting up TCS to do some recording with the Codec 60. However I'm not able to get the recording alias' sip address [tcs100@192.168.1.85] to be registered. I'm puzzled as to why there is no username and password fields when entering the recording alias' sip address, whereas these fields are available when registering the system's sip address [tcs@192.168.1.85]. On my sip server, I have changed the password of the account [tcs100@192.168.1.85] to be (i)blank, (ii)same as [tcs@192.168.1.85] and (iii)same as administrator's password for the TCS web login. None of them works. How do I get [tcs100@192.168.1.85] to be registered? Thanks, Kelvin
