String room1 ="7003@rostp.com";
        String room2 ="7006@rostp.com";
        String room3 ="7030@rostp.com";
        String room4 ="7031@ROSTP.com";

Are you sure the rooms "7030@rostp.com" & "7031@ROSTP.com" are valid and managed by CTS Manager?

Issue the call to getTRooms(). This will return all the managed room by CTS Manager.
