    <summary type="html">Sample code for initializing the API is provided on page 16 ¿ however unless I misunderstand the documentation there isn¿t actually any description or diagram to show how the initialization process works. As a result it is left for the reader to reverse engineer the provided code to understand the initialization process.  Can someone please help clarify?
