What Is It?

Overview

The TelePresence Reporting API allows Cisco developers to query the CTS-Manager about scheduled calls, ad-hoc calls, and results from Meeting survey filled in by meeting organizers. The reporting API is not a true CDR solution, but does provide details on each meeting allowing for customers to use for billing purposes or to create custom metrics dashboards to show travel savings.
