CTS-Manager Reporting API provides details on TelePresence scheduled and ad-hoc calls plus results from ROI Survey for use in third party metrics reporting packages. The TelePresence Reporting API allows Cisco developers to query the CTS-Manager about scheduled calls, ad-hoc calls, and results from Meeting survey filled in by meeting organizers. The reporting API is not a true CDR solution, but does provide details on each meeting allowing for customers to use for billing purposes or to create custom metrics dashboards to show travel savings. In the documentation folder you will find an overview PDF, plus the developers guide with technical details. This site also hosts forum questions which is monitored by the development team. Pre sales questions are answered for all users. Detailed technical questions will only be answered if the developer has signed up as a CDN registered developer.
