Hi Peter, Glad to hear that it worked out for you. As far as the usage of rest api is cncerned we don't support partial updates. You need to stick to the constrints placed by the xsd document which is also documented in the pdf document. The update strategy is "complete update" and we don't support any partial updates with the idea to make it simpler for the consumer. The standard usage pattern is you always do a get and have the resource, then you would update the resource xml and do a PUT to affect a change. Thanks and Regards, Praveen

Praveen, Managed to figure it out. Seems that the resourcegroup was trowing the error. I did a get and used the response to do a put, that worked fien (as expected) and compared the 2 removed line bij line. Maybe its a good idea to make the error message more self explaining using the element that caused the error. Like with firstname, lastname. Next thing is that with the soap api of cucm i do not need to send the fields that i donot want top modify, now i have to do a get first to be sure the non modifieable fields are present as wel. Hi Peter, I don't see any problem with the service. What I think instead is that you must be having issues constructing the team refUR. To confirm if you url is valid or not just paste the url in your browser and if the url was correect you will get a success with the team details xml. I have just verified that as per document and the example contents the API works as intended given that you give integral id for the team in the refurl and the correct name in the name part of the team object. Hi Filippo, Defect CSCue47880 is essentially "The campaign rest api does a unnecessary and incorrect start/end time validation. The campaign start/end times are compared with the outbound general page start/end time values. This is incorrect and not required." Fix is available in ciscouccx.902.ES02.4.cop file. Outbound Campaign Time Issues

Hi, I am trying to update outbound campaign using APIs, but I keep receiving errors like this: Starttime Campaign start time(-60) is less than general start time(0) setting. InvalidInput Both General outbound start time and campaign start time are configured at 12:00 AM. What I can see is that when I try to update the campaign, then 12:00 AM is translated into 24 hour format (00:00) but then, (when PUT method is called) 00:00 does not correspond to 12:00 AM anymore. Where am I mistaking? Waiting for answer. Thanks

CAD and Finesse are different products, but netiher has an API that provides audible information on what is being displayed.

UCCX Configuration API has nothing to do with Finesse or CAD and does not provide for an active cursor for a CAD or Finesse.

You cannot use any CCX configuration APIs to accomplish what you stated. Instead, you could use CCX CTI protocol to implement a desktop client.
