The Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Application programming Interface (UCCXAPI) provides for Cisco partners to integrate provisioning applications similar to what is provided by the Unified CCX Application Administration interface for Unified CCX for configuration of inbound and outbound applications. Cisco Unified CCX exposes sophisticated control of the contact center application management via its Configuration REST APIs. These APIs allow access to configuration of parameters like Application, Contact Service Queue (Voice & Web Chat), Data Source (EDBS), Media Termination Dialog Group, HTTP Trigger, Resource (Agent) & Team, Skill, Resource Group among others.
