We have:

Nuance Nuance Speech Server 5.0 Nuance Vocalizer Version 5.0.4
Two language packs are installed:
American English Samantha
Nuance Vocalizer¿ for Network
Voice version 5.2.1.7339
Russian Milena
Nuance Vocalizer¿ for Network
Voice version 5.2.2.9357
NSS is configured according to document "Instructions for Configuring Speech Software for Cisco Unified
Contact Center Express and Cisco Unified IP IVR 7.0"
On UCCX app administration page in MRCP TTS settings are:
ru_RU & en_US. Female.
We haven't any problem with English. But we have real ones with Russian.
Nuance TTS engines refused to talk in Russian at all. But then I found out that it's needed to change coding to UTF-8. Then I heard the voice reading the text, but!!! not fully. Russian passages are read only partially. Smth about 75% always.
In data logs such entries appear with already cut text OR this - DATA=UTF-8 data suppressed
Text come to NSS fully (I have checked).
It's pity, but our company hasn't Cisco or Nuance support.
Please, help to fix this bug.
