I am answering an RFP and we are proposing UCCX 8.5  Premium Agents with Outbound IVR Dialer Licenses. One of the requirements on the RFP is if the solution can do this from the IVR queue
 
The caller can send a DTMF signal at any time while in queue to hear other options without being removed from the queue.
 
I found many posts talking about how dtmf can be used to transfer to an opeartor but was'nt sure if there is way to remain in the queue after listening to options.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
