Call Manager ¿ 8.0.3.20000-2
UCCX -  Cisco Unified Call Center Express   --  v8.5.1.11002-22
Premium Feature set.

And we are developing an internal web application which we need to have inbound phone calls pop up on it.

I
need 2 values from the phone system, PHone Number and Extention, sent
to an API of ours in any format it can do however we don't know how to
do this. Any idea's on how to do it or a company/firm that can assist us
in adding these hooks in?

The UCCX CTI protocol is a TCP/IP socket based message protocol. You can implement a bridge mode client to receive call events for all calls. Not sure what you mean by Phone Number and Extension. The CallingDeviceID and the agent extension may be what you are looking for. They are included in the BEGIN_CALL event.

Information on the UCCX CTI protocol is found here
