You may wish to pose it in the Cisco Contact Center product community forums Here https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/collaboration-voice-video/contact-center There is no java sample for a UCCX CTI desktop. Cisco Finesse will have UCCX support by the end of 2012 and will have many CAD-like features.

I would like to change the CAD interface in arabic language for a customer in middle east. I know that we can re-develop the agent desktop using the UCCX-CTI, but that would be quite a lengthy track only for a language change. Is there any better alternative available? If not, are there any sample source code in java or any other language for a simple agent desktop?   Or if there's any possibility of doing the same for CAD-BE.   Thanks for your help,   Jawad
