My application is receiving a failure in response to a QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_REQ. Why?

QUERY_AGENT_STATISTICS_REQ is not supported. Use QUERY_AGENT_QUEUE_STATISTICS_REQ instead. The format is

QUERY_AGENT_QUEUE_STATISTICS_REQ Message Body Format

The messagetypeid is 239.
Fixed Part

InvokeID A unique ID generated by the CTI client for
each request message. This ID is returned in
the corresponding confirmation message.
