Hi, We are Gold partners for Cisco. For one of my customers, they want to integrate the UCCX with CRM for screen pop-up. Just wanted to check, if we can integrate the same using TCP/IP socket...by using CTI deveopment kit???

I'm unsure what you're actually asking but if you want to get your application to be notified when an agent receives a call and to get data from CCX - yes you can do that with the CTI development kit.

There is no development kit for UCCX CTI. It is a tcp/ip socket based protocol. The protocol guide is here http://developer.cisco.com/web/uccxcti/docs
