We are currently running CCX 8.0.
I am trying to find a method to post a link on our Website, where we can instantly call a customer. Once a customer answers the call, we would then route this call through our CCX system and to an available agent.
My understanding is that the CCX system does not yet support webservices, so I am looking for some idea's on how to handle this scenario.

thank you for your help

I would set this up on your server, you running a Microsoft or Linux web server? .php or .asp?

then have a script form your web server send a call request to your phone server. Basically code a small piece of middle where, one which initiates calls from your local server and accepts requests, in secure XML or JSON.

That is how I would do it.

The website is a ASP .NET site.

Where would I find some documentation on creating this call request?

Thank you for your feedback.

Our company developed such solution, that from web site you create database record per customer request and exist dialer application which create virtual call in CUCM to UCCX queue. When agent answers the viirtual incoming call, we do outbound call to the customer.
It is work with all out-the-box UCCX reports.
