Paul Famularo | We are currently running CCX 8.0. I am trying to find a method to post a link on our Website, where we can instantly call a customer. Once a customer answers the call, we would then route this call through our CCX system and to an available agent. My understanding is that the CCX system does not yet support webservices, so I am looking for some idea's on how to handle this scenario. thank you for your help |
