hi,
     When agent is logged-in using UCCXCTI protocol, they are not shown up in Cisco Supervisor desktop. Is there any Cisco document or URL where this is official confirmed?

This is as expected. CAD Supervisor desktop uses a proprietary protocol to view agents. Agents not logged in with CAD will not show up in Supervisor desktop.

We are system integrators, it gets hard to convince a client without any Cisco document stating this.
