I have the requirement to
develop a Java application using the Cisco UCC Express CTI Protocol. Is there a
Java API for this like CTIOS for UCCE? Or at least a WebService interface I can use? I've read the document "Cisco
Unified Contact Center Express CTI Protocol Developer Guide" and I didn't
find any link to Java...
