    <summary type="html">Hey.

Anyone have any idea about have to make a service on the ipphone that changes the state on the agent desktop.

I know have to build ipPhoneServices byut have never made any integratoin for remotely change the agent desktop status.

It is not an option to use the IpPhoneagent instead of the agent desktop because of alot of integration with inbound calls.

Hope anyone have an idea.

Regards
