This is as expected. CAD Supervisor desktop uses a proprietary protocol to view agents. Agents not logged in with CAD will not show up in Supervisor desktop.

hi,      When agent is logged-in using UCCXCTI protocol, they are not shown up in Cisco Supervisor desktop. Is there any Cisco document or URL where this is official confirmed?   thanks.
