Dear All,
is there any java SDK to integrate with Contact Center Express ?
because Our CRM is a java application (web application) so i need a java sdk to build java applet which will be in our CRM.

No there is not, only a tcp/ip socket msg based protocol specification.
No SDK is provided.

There's no java API to achieve that.. however at our company we implemented the protocol to create such java API, so we could create a java desktop application.
