I am developing an application thaht need to go the the IPCC Database to Extract some Statistical information.
 
I found everything I need, except statistics about Outgoing Calls placed by agents.
 
Does someone know where I can find those information ? Is there any tables (that I missed) in the database containing for example number of outgoing calls placed by an specific agent ?
