Hi

I am in need of converting some custom reports and custom stored procedures created in SQL server when using UCCX 7.  But apparently the uccxhruser in uccx8 informix database does not have dba privliages and therefore i can't run my converted SP's because they use come built in SP's that apparetnly the uccxhruser does not have permissions too.  I need to log into the database the DBA which is the uccxuser or the informix user.  Does anyone know what either of these passwords are, or how to find them.

Thx
MIchael

Hi,
We are working on a service for our agent desktop software that collects statistic data from UCCX.
We used to collect statistic data from the sql database in UCCX7, but that access is closed in UCCX8. This new service will replace the statistic data that we downloaded from the UCCX7 database.
Please write what data you need together with info. on your stored procedures. We will investigate if you can use our service instead of the old database access.
Best regards
Paul - Farlon

I'm in the same situation - porting over stored procedures for a custom historical report. Have you been able to find the passwords for the uccxuser or the informix db user?

Also, how are you connecting to the informix database? i'm using "Server Studio" from AGS but I wonder if there are other tools.

This is not related to the UCCX CTI protocol. Suggest you contact the TAC on UCCX product to request password reset or post in the Cisco product forums on Cisco.com
