In the 'CTI Server Protocol Support Matrix', next to protocol version 10,11,12 it says 'These are non-published protocol versions and should not be used by 3rd party applications'.  But, in the 'UCCX CTI Protocol Support Matrix', protocol versions 10, 11, 12 can be used with UCCX 7.0.  Does it mean that these protocol versions (10, 11, 12) can be used by 3rd party applications, but only with UCCX?

Thanks,

Frederic

Where is this document you are referring to for ¿CTI Server Protocol Support Matrix¿? Protocol 9, 11 and 13 are published for UCCE. Per the UCCX CTI Protocol Guide, the UCCX CTI protocol supports version 10, 11, and 12 with UCCX 7.0

Where is this document you are referring to for 'CTI Server Protocol Support Matrix'?

The 'CTI Server Protocol Support Matrix' that I'm talking about used to be at this location: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/ctios/cti_compatibility_matrix/guide/ctimatrx.zip
...but the link is now dead.
