we have a client request where they need the CAD/CSD software login window to not auto fill the userID field on startup.
 
we are running UCCX 7 with CUCM 7.1.5
 
I understand CAD/CSD softwares update the phoneDev.cfg and supervisor.cfg files under program files\cisco\desktop\config folder. anyway to make the desktop software not update these files with the userID value.
