I have one more outstanding question on CDN -



Does the CDN agreement provide us the option to run JDBC queries from
our application to the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express database, in
order to fetch multi-channel data, outside of what can be obtained using
UCCX CTI API(s)?

CDN only covers UCCX CTI protocol. It does not cover communication with the UCCX database.
