Using the cisco crsctisample program, I try to make a call. Below are two sets of results, success when I am first logged into the CAD as Agent3 extension 5002, failure when I am not logged into CAD. (IP Communicator remains active the same in both tests)
Why does this not work when not logged into the CAD?

Yes, we are including the agentID and extension on the OpenReq. There is only the option to pass the extension on the make call req.
"makecallreq -a 5002 -d 5000"
