Hi Ken,
I tried to reproduce the issue locally but I do not see the same error
message. I want to make sure that the mapping is done correctly. The way I
do it is;
1. I copy the driver folder (downloaded from the beta website) into a
removable usb key.
2. I begin the windows installation, by mapping the windows iso image in the
vKVM.
3. At the point where installation asks for the driver, I plug in the
removable usb key into the local machine (that runs the GUI and vKVM) and
map this Removable Disk from inside the vKVM. I do this by tick marking the
mapped checkbox across "Removable Media" in the vKVM. See snapshot
from my vkvm.
4. After this step, I go back to the vkvm console, click browse and select
the driver ³folder². See snapshot
5. After clicking OK, the driver gets installed. See snapshot.
Let me know if it still does not work for you. We could do a quick webex to
troubleshoot this further.
