CIMC CLI not available in KVM

We had access to the CIMC configuration via the KVM.  Now when we try to get access we are prompted for the password and the system just continues to boot into the shell.
 

Adding some more information here, in the BIOS we are seeing a BMC Failure logged, when looking into the logs it states the following:

"BMCSelfTestLog protocol not found"
