Since both Tony and John are having this issue, and they need to upgrade the BMC and BIOS image. Is there some location we can post these images so that they can download and install by themselves?

Thanks,

Hello team,

The UCS-E series module that I had installed on an ISR G2 (3945e) running Cisco IOS 15.2(4)M1 is reporting the Overall Server Status as "Moderate Fault".

Looks like it is due to temperature sensors reporting critical status for the processor and memory.

I have attached the screen captures for your perusal.

Let me know how to fix these issues to make the server come up without any faults.

Thank you,
John

P.S: Tried the hard reset of the module from the CIMC GUO and powering off the UCS-E module. Powering of the router and powering on the router also did not resolve the issue.
