Hi one another time.I hope this time someone is goint to help me because I have more then 2 weeks trying to calculate the duratioon of a call in CDR logs but still without an excat result.I have CDRs in my FTP server and what I want is to calculate the duration of a call.I have read all CISCO documentation about CDRs and everything that has to do with CDRs.

I need a little help please.

When I make a call tthen in CDR that call is saved at minimum in two legs: one outgoin leg(originate) and one incoming leng(answer). In every all legs there is a setup time, connect time and disconnect time and these atributes aren`t in every leg the same.I want to know hot to derive the duration of a call. When does a call start?
Should I take the connect and disconnect time of answer leg or orignate leg.

in atachement is a CDR file in compact version and please please...please somenone help me beacause I need this to make an application for my thesis.

Thank YOu for reading this post!
