Since there are lot of requests for the 1.4 emulator , here is the direct link to the emulator http://developer.cisco.com/documents/2048839/2f20ee99-3189-467b-affb-d7c1af3ccb75
 
Please use the direct link above till we have the fixes on CDN link. The CDN link is important because we track the downloads from there but the above will be the interim solution as of now.

Cut and paste the link into a new window, it is fine then, just doesnt work if you click on it.
