Have been going through the Cmdlets and see that several have a default behaviour. However Get-Vlan does not, I would suggest that Get-Vlan without parameters should return at least the Global Vlans, if not all.  Thereby only requiring a specification of Dual, A or B when only that subset is wanted or a specific Vlan is being requested.  I would recommend teh same for Get-Vsan

This has been fixed, and will be included in our next code update to CDN. To be honest, I thought that was already implemented in the version currently posted, but i guess not. I did just check though, and it works in more recent builds. Default behavior is that it should return all vlans unless you specify otherwise using the -FI param.

Get-Vsan works in a similar fashion.
