I don't see a UCSPE 2.0 listed - is it possible to upgrade a UCSPE 1.4 to UCSM v2.0?

It was released this last Friday. Check again, and you can download UCSPE 2.0.

Is there a trick to get the new 6248's to appear in the Manager? I launch the UCSPE v2.0(87151.367087) and I see 6120's for the FI's. Is the Emulator simply emulating 2.0 on 1.x hardware then?

It's something we are changing for the next release of the UCSPE v2.0. That new release will be Q1CY2012.
