Please use "ConvertTo-UcsCmdlet -Verbose" with out the -GuiLog parameter. This will have the same behavior as with -GuiLog.
This is an issue and we will be taking care of it in the next release. 0.9.9.0

Please use:

ConvertTo-UcsCmdlet –Verbose

In 0.9.8.0, the –GuiLog is considered by default.
