I fixed my issue. There was a problem with my Java proxy settings. I switched to using a direct connection and now I am able to launch the UCS manager.

Hello All,   If this issue has already been addressed, please direct me to the correct place.  I'm running the USCM emulater (v1.4) in VMware player on Windows 7 with JRE version 1.7.  When I try to launch the UCS manager from the web interface, I get the following exception from Java Web Start:   com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://192.168.126.128/ucsm/unpacked/centrale.jar at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.actionDownload(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.getCacheEntry(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.getCacheEntry(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.getResourceCacheEntry(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.getResourceCacheEntry(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.getResource(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.LaunchDownload$DownloadTask.call(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask$Sync.innerRun(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.run(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) I am able to access the web page with no problem, I just can't launch the UCS manager.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
