Sorry for this answer but I don't find a solution. I installed UCSPE on my PC and started it with VMWare player and VMWare Server. When UCSE starts, Ethernet Interface is up and UCSPE interface Menu show the adress "http://192.168.198.150" but I can ping the IP address but I can't connect to UCSM with or without DHCP.
 
Other VM like ubuntu in my VMWare installation. My Firewall is off and I don't use any proxy in my Browser (Firefox / IE)
 
I use UCSPE 1.3 (5965.355.989)

Thanks for you email. Since last week, my UCSPE VM is up and I can access to UCSM with http. I think I had some windows Update problem due to insuffisant Window update.

Everything is ok now, and I tried UCSM through IE, Firefox and UCS App on iPhone.
