server blade power is down

Hi
 
I added second blade, noticing the power state is off. How could I turn it on?The 1st blade(the one installed by default) is ok. Also the overall status shows unossociate. It still shows the same even I tried assosicate a service profile. I guess I need to bring the power back first, right? It is UCPSE 1.4.

you can turn on the power of the blade in the window that shows the properties of the associated server profile (i.e. NOT the property window of the blade itself). A blade is not manageable by the user, until it is associated.
