SCOM Management Pack Beta 1.2.1 Not Collecting Information

Hello Team,
 
The customer is running SCOM 2007 R2.  We successfully followed the steps in the documentation to install the management pack.  However, no data is collecting, even after decreasing the default interval values.
 
Has anyone experienced similar behavior?  Anything that we can do to troubleshoot, in addition to a WireShark trace?
