UCSPE v2 fails to start in VMware Workstation

Hi,
 
I have downloaded UCSPE v2.0.90701.367450 and have tried to start it in VMware Workstation V8.0.1. The 'Unpacking and installing' completes okay, but when it gets to 'Starting Cisco UCSPE & UCS Manager' it just keeps counting beyond 100% and never gets anywhere. At last check it was sitting on 686%.
 
There is another thread with similar symptoms (http://developer.cisco.com/web/unifiedcomputing/forums/-/message_boards/view_message/4447295) however this appears to be for running UCSPE on ESXi. I've also tested it on VMware player versions 3.1.3 and 4.0.1. Any suggestions?

I know when I've downloaded it a few times it gets corrupt. I had something similar happen a few weeks ago. Maybe try redownloading it?

Thanks, that worked. Also it's worth noting that although WinRAR can unpack 7z files it corrupts the files. Once I used 7zip to unpack it, the VM started okay.
