CVP conferencing using VXML

Hi All,
 
in a cvp standalone deployment, is it possible to conference two IVR callers using VXML?
the scenario is the following:
 
caller A dials the CVP IVR script-->at one point in the flow the caller will transfer to caller B--> Caller B will pick up the call and will hear an audio message that will prompt him to accept or reject the call.
 
i'm suggesting to catch the transfer event from CVP, and through a tcl script play a wav file for the callee.
please advise if it's possible,

Hi,
 
Please let us know the following
- What type of  tranfer is being invoked by the Unified CVP VXML Server?
- Also let us know whether it is done dyanmically or using a script.
