can i use leg vxmlsend with non hybrid tcl&vxml applications
 
i mean : can i send events from tcl to vxml leg and the vxml is stand alone service

yes that is valid for vxml dialogue but i am asking about if it valid for vxml leg
like this:
incoming_leg-------->tclapp<-----------------vxml_leg
