VXML and single number reach

I’m have Cisco 2921 CME for incoming call. I’m use vxml-script with three point (in attach) – it’s work, but don’t work only for single number reach. Specialist from Cisco TAC asked, what problem on script.
Need help.

what do you mean by "it’s work, but don’t work only for single number reach" could you please explain more detail.please also collect debugs by enabling below debug command.
