[i]If you configure it form IOS   do something like   no param welcome-prompt xxxx.au and  param welcome-prompt xxxx.au   from service will do it[/i] Incorrect, audio prompts must be reloaded as indicated by another poster above. Otherwise router will reuse cached prompts, no matter how may times you reconfigure the script.
