Script which asks to caller to enter PIN for external calls

Hi everybody,
 
I'm new and I've been redirected here by TAC engineer because I need a customized script which ask to caller to enter PIN code and enter 0 (official) or 1 (personal) for making external calls. These two entry should be collected and inserted on cdr for bill.
Can anyone help me please?

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate a lot your help but unfortunately I don't have any experience with TCL script and it's very difficult for me developing one.
I had a look to debit card application and I don't know where I have to start.
