Hi All

We integrated a Cisco Voice Gateway with Ericsson PBX MD110 and we configured 2 E1 channels one as MGCP and other as H.323
And for Fax t37 On Ramp we configured over H323 trunk and did the configuration as per cisco available guide.
But some how the call is rejecting and it is rejecting the incoming dial-peer.  And it shows cause code =1, Unallocated number. Could anyone help me to point one mistake I made on this configuration

The FAX number is 1489 and it sending 4832 (Where it sends as a TIFF message to an email)
The log is

I think the issue is Unallocated number -- 4832. Doesn't know where to route it.
If you download the script from CCO Cisco TAC can help you on configuration.

Thanks,

Yawming

Thanks Yaw-Ming.

Will open a case with Cisco TAC. From the log i can see it goes to TCL then it goes disconnecting. Is in TCL script have selecting any number in it or anything similar kind of operation in script ?

Whatever number you call to trigger the Tcl script will be the DNIS Tcl will connect that number as destination number.

Hi Yaw-Ming Chen

I open the case with Cisco TAC and they found that TCL script is not working. So we loaded another tcl script app_faxmail_onramp.2.0.1.3.tcl and it worked. Then it was able to reach incoming dial-peer but it was trying to send and getting error message. So we changed the following configuration to
mta send postmaster Sebastian.Jacob@abc.com
mta send mail-from hostname Sebastian.Jacob@abc.com

to

mta send postmaster abc.com
mta send mail-from hostname abc.com

and it worked !!

Thanks Yaw-Ming for your valuable inputs.
