WebDialer is an optional Cisco CallManager service which provides an easy 'click-to-dial' hyperlinked phone number in the Cisco CallManager directory wepages. This service can be configured to work across multiple CallManager clusters, ab nd supports extension mobility and multiple user phone devices. It is available in CallManager versions 3.3(3) and higher.
