Is Web Dialer supported in Call Manager Express?

I'm thinking of an web application that automates the dialing and seams that Web Dialer would be the solution. Is this right?

Thanks in advance,
Joao Freire

CME does not provide WebDialer services.

Using HTTP/XML applications can POST a command directly to a phone's onboard webserver that can trigger a call. See the IP Phone Services API and the 'Dial:' URI:

http://developer.cisco.com/web/ipps/home

Note in order to use this, your application needs to know the IP address of the target phone.

Hi Everyone
What if I don¿t want to use the IP Phone line . I need to dial two pots number; Is it possible that I can select the calling number instead of Cisco IP Phone line.

Scenario is

Non-IPPhone--Voice-Gateway--NON-IPPhone

of course i do have the call manager and Off-net patterns defined.

Any advice on this?

Thanks,
Atif Tanveer
