I'm going to deploy the Cisco clickToCall.exe widget to a client so that they can dial from Outlook 2003 using the To, From and Cc fields.
I would like to know which fields are used from Active Directory when the Aditional Actions menu is clicked. I would also like to know if this can be configured and the order changed?
