Web Dialer Window Keeps Resizing

Hi,
 
I am using the web dialer for a business directory. On each page/screen of the web dialer there is some javascript that resizes the windows to the WRONG size. This means the user has to scroll and change the window size on each and every screen.
 
Does anybody know how to resolve this and stop the window resizing

Is the browser used one supported by the WebDialer feature?
 
What OS/browser/version do you see the problem on?  Have you tried other browsers?

We are using Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 and IE 7 & 8. The webdialer opens in a popup with toolbars, menus and status bar removed.
