WBS27 will no longer support versions below 5. GDP customers and partners should be verifying this version on their development sites. Your development sites should already be listed as WBS27. To check the version you will need to load your site in a browser. Click on the "Support" menu from the left navigation bar, then click on "User Guides". On the right side of the screen you should see an "About ..." frame with the version numbers listed. If your version is still listed as WBS26 or lower please contact your WebEx account manager to have the site upgraded. APISupport cannot make any changes to your site. Thank you, -Kingsley
